This is a 2-unit home for rent. The pictures are from just one of the units. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 1,600 square feet. Rent per month is based off the average monthly rent per square foot which is $1.379. This unit’s monthly rent is $2,200. 

1. Options for Rent: 

a. 3-month contract, paying each month separately in its given time (the FIRST day of each month) 

i. $6,600 for 3 months

b. 1 year contract, paying each month separately in its given time (the 1st of each month)

i. $26,000 for 12 months

2. Security Deposit 

a. $2,200 given as security deposit at signing of lease. This is both to secure the unit for tenant from other potential tenants, but also to encourage a positive behavior by tenant to keep unit clean and in good condition.

b. Deposit is held by landlord for time of lease, and if no issues arise for repairs, tenant receives deposit back. 

3. Pet fee

Tenants are responsible for and must immediately pay for all damages or injuries caused by their pet(s). In addition, each tenant who wishes to keep a pet must pay a $1,200 pet deposit upon signing the pet agreement.
