1. Pricing

a. $3,000 per month with:

i. 3 bedrooms

ii. 1 bath

iii. 1,484 square feet

iv. Single family

2. Options for Rent: 

a. 6-month contract, paying each month separately in its given time (the 1st of each month) 

i. $18,000 for 6 months

b. 1 year contract, paying each month separately in its given time (the 1st of each month)

i. $36,000 for 12 months

3. Security Deposit Payments:

a. $3,000 given as security deposit at signing of lease (in addition to first’s month rent). This is both to secure the unit for tenant from other potential tenants, but also to encourage a positive behavior by tenant to keep unit clean and in good condition.

b. Deposit is held by landlord for time of lease, and if no issues arise for repairs, tenant receives deposit back. 

4. Pet fee

a. Tenants are responsible for and must immediately pay for all damages or injuries caused by their pet(s). In addition, each tenant who wishes to keep a pet must pay a $1,200 pet deposit upon signing the pet agreement.
